Have you always dreamed of breathing underwater? The Discover Scuba Dive is the perfect opportunity to experience the unique sensations of scuba diving. Accompanied by a certified instructor, you will have an unforgettable experience in complete safety.

How Does It Work?

The dive begins with a briefing on land where your instructor will explain:

• • How the equipment works : mask, regulator, buoyancy compensator.
• • Essential gestures : how to breathe, equalize your ears and communicate underwater.
• • Safety rules : always stay close to the instructor and never hold your breath.

The Dive Process

Once equipped, you will descend gradually with your instructor to about 6 meters depth (shallow and reassuring zone). Duration: 20 to 30 minutes underwater.

During this dive, you will be able to:

• • Observe marine life : fish, starfish, crabs...
• • Feel the sensation of buoyancy : a unique feeling of weightlessness.
• • Test your balance : first stabilization attempts.

What Should You Bring?

• ✓ A swimsuit and a towel.
• ✓ Medical certificate of fitness to dive (for people over 60 or with health problems).
• ✓ Your good mood!

Everything else is provided : wetsuit, mask, fins, regulator, BCD, tank.
